Sunday Morning Prayer

Sunday morning corporate prayer is a time for all the members to get together and let their voices and hearts cry be made known to the Lord as one. We have been given a scope of responsibility that we can make request as well as proclaim the promises of God for our homes, church, finances, health, community and government.

Sunday Morning Prayer Teams

The Sunday Morning Prayer teams (minimum two people) devote themselves to praying for all aspects of the Sunday Morning service…worship, message, offering, congregation, altar ministry, visitors….as the Holy Spirit guides. They serve as Watchmen and women (Is 62: 6) over the service, especially sensitive to anything the enemy may try to do to disrupt or rob anyone of their blessing from God that morning.

Usher Ministry

Delta Christian Center has a small group of committed volunteers who serve as ushers during services. They are usually the first to meet and greet visitors. Ushers assist visitors and members find a seat, make them feel welcome, and provide directions to proper classrooms or child care areas. The leadership relies on the users to assist in maintaining order, collect offerings and keep the sanctuary atmosphere appropriate for worship and hearing the Word.
